CIGRE Australia seeks nominations for Board Director Positions
Due to Directors reaching end of term and retirement from the board, CIGRE Australia is seeking suitably qualified members to nominate for the Treasurer role and a General Director role.
The Call is for nominations to the Board of CIGRE Australia Limited with elections to be held at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 19th October 2022.
There is currently 1 General Director position, and the Treasurer role to be declared vacant.
The Constitution sets out the terms of appointment, however in summary, the term of a General Director position is 2 years with the possibility of extension, by election, for another two terms of two years.
Nominations must be from full individual CIGRE Australia Members or employees of Collective members who are endorsed by their Employer.
